Product introduction

2901061400 Atlas oil and gas separator adopts advanced anticorrosive and efficient microfiber condensate material as the main filtration body, so that the solid particles above 3μm in the output air of the compressor can be all filtered out, and the very small about 0.01-1μm oil water and gas dissolution is condensed into large oil droplets when passing through the filter element, accumulated at the bottom of the filter element. Then siphon back to the lubrication system through the return pipe at the bottom of the hollow of the filter element so that the compressor can discharge more pure, oil-free compressed air.

Performance characteristics

Working principle

Matters needing attention

1. In the process of using the oil and gas separator, the normal pressure difference of the newly installed oil and gas separator is between 0.17 and 0.3bar, and it is abnormal if it exceeds 0.3bar.

2. In the process of using oil and gas separator, when the pressure difference is greater than 0.8bar, it is abnormal. At this time, it is necessary to check the air compressor air system, check whether the air filter can filter 5-6um magazines to reach 95% or more, and reach 99.8% of impurities in 7-10um. Otherwise, the oil and gas separator core will have a pressure difference of more than 0.8bar in advance in use.

If the core pressure difference of the oil and gas separator is greater than 1bar during use, replace the core of the oil and gas separator.
