High-moisture industrial oil is a common and stubborn problem in hydraulic systems, lubrication stations, and industrial circulating fluid systems. Long-term equipment operation, environmental humidity penetration, seal failure and cooling water leakage often lead to severe moisture invasion, forming high-moisture oil mixed with free water, emulsified water and dissolved water. This damp oil condition causes oil emulsification, reduced lubrication performance, increased acid value and sludge accumulation, which seriously affect the stable operation of mechanical equipment.
