The structure of the drum type dust collector is composed of air inlet pipe, air exhaust pipe, box, ash hopper, ash cleaning device, diversion device, air distribution plate, filter cylinder and electronic control device, similar to the air box pulse bag dust collection structure.
The arrangement of the filter cylinder in the dust collector is very important. It can be arranged vertically on the flower plate of the box body or tilted on the flower plate. From the effect of dust removal, the vertical arrangement is more reasonable. The lower part of the flower plate is the filter chamber, and the upper part is the air box pulse chamber. A airflow distribution plate is installed at the inlet of the dust collector.
After the dust-bearing gas enters the dust hopper, some coarse particles in the air flow settle in the dust hopper under the action of dynamic and inertial forces due to the sudden expansion of air flow section and the action of air flow distribution plate. After the dust particles with fine particle size and small density enter the filter chamber, the dust is deposited on the surface of the filter material through the combined effect of Brown diffusion and screening, and the purified gas enters the clean gas chamber and is discharged by the exhaust pipe through the fan.
The resistance of cartridge dust collector increases with the increase of dust layer thickness on the surface of filter material. When the resistance reaches a specified value, cleaning is carried out. At this time PLC program control pulse valve opening and closing, first a chamber lifting valve closed, the filter air cut off, and then the electromagnetic pulse valve opened, compressed air and a short time in the upper box rapidly expanded, into the filter cylinder, the filter cylinder expansion deformation vibration, and under the action of reverse airflow scour, dust attached to the surface of the filter bag is stripped into the ash bucket. After the cleaning is completed, the electromagnetic pulse valve is closed, the lifting valve is opened, and the chamber is restored to the filtering state. Cleaning each room in turn, from the first room cleaning to the next cleaning for a cleaning cycle. The falling dust falls into the ash hopper and is discharged by the ash valve.
In this process, the filter cylinder must be replaced and cleaned regularly to ensure the filtering effect and accuracy, because in the process of filtering dust in addition to being blocked and some will be deposited on the surface of the filter material, increase the resistance, so the correct replacement time is generally three to five months!
