Coalescing dehydrating oil filter is designed to solve the problem of excessive water content in various oils. HO series coalescing dehydrating oil filter is developed by using the technology of coalescing separation.
Different liquids have different surface tension, and when the liquid flows through the hole, the smaller the surface tension is, the faster the rate of passing through. When the different mixed liquids flow into the separator, the first into the coalescating filter element, coalescating filter element has a multi-layer filter medium, its pore size increases layer by layer. Due to the difference in surface tension, the oil passes through the filter quickly, while the water is much slower. And because the coalescence filter element adopts hydrophilic material, the tiny water droplets are adsorbed on the surface of the filter layer, resulting in the coalescence of water droplets. Under the action of kinetic energy, small droplets race through the opening and gradually converge into large droplets, which settle and separate from the oil under the action of gravity. After the oil passes through the coalesce filter element, there are still small water droplets moving forward to the separation filter element under the action of inertia. The separator element is made of hydrophobic material. When the oil passes through the separator element, the water is kept out of the separator element, while the oil passes through the separator element and is discharged from the outlet.
There are two filter elements with different functions inside the coalescence separation, the coalescence filter element and the separation filter element. When the oil flows through the coalescence separator, it goes through four stages of filtration, coalescence, sedimentation and separation inside to achieve the function of filtering particle pollutants and removing water.
The oil first flows from inside to outside through the coalescating filter element. The coalescating filter element is a suitable combination of glass fiber and other synthetic materials, which is specially prepared for the dehydration of the oil and has good hydrophilicity. The coalescence filter core has the dual function of filtering particulate pollutants and coalescence water. The high precision filter material in the inner layer first removes the particle pollutants in the oil; The outer layer of demulsification coalesces tiny water droplets in the oil into droplets. The larger water will rely on its own gravity settlement to the sedimentation tank, the smaller water too late settlement will be carried by the oil flow separation filter. Separation filter core is made of stainless steel mesh, with good hydrophobicity, when the oil flows through the separation filter element from outside to inside, small water beads are intercepted outside the filter element, only let the oil through, do not let the water through, so as to further separate the water.
After the particles in the oil are removed from the primary filter, the oil enters the coalescing separator. The oil realizes the function of removing water and output the purified oil through the four processes of filtration, coalescing and sedimentation separation. The water settling in the sink is discharged through the drain valve on the sink. At the same time, the oil can be selected according to the quality of the oil directly through the filter to filter the particle pollutants in the oil, and the output of the purification oil.
Particle filtration system: using imported filter material as filter medium, large filter area design, can filter very fine particle impurities, so that oil products to achieve a high degree of cleanliness.
Coalescence system: The coalescence system is composed of a set of coalescence filter element, which adopts a polar molecular structure. After passing through the filter element, the free water and emulsified water in the oil are coalesced into large water droplets, which are then settled into the water storage tank under the action of gravity.
Separation system: the separation filter element of the separation system is made of hydrophobic material. When the oil passes through the filter element, the water droplets are blocked on the outer surface of the filter element and coalesce with each other until it settles into the water storage tank due to the action of gravity.
Drainage system: The separated water is stored in the water storage tank. When the height of the interface reaches the set value, the valve is opened to discharge the water until it reaches the lower liquid level, and the valve is closed to stop drainage.
