Our HO Series coalescer delivers reliable, energy-efficient dehydration and particulate removal. No heat, no vacuum—just pure oil, extended lubricant life, and reduced downtime. Trust proven performance.
Product Overview
The HO Series Lubricating Oil Coalescing Dehydration Oil Filter is engineered to address
the critical challenge of excessive moisture contamination in industrial lubricants.
Utilizing advanced coalescence-separation dehydration technology, this system delivers efficient,
cost-effective water removal without altering oil properties.
Working Process
Oil enters the system and first passes through a primary filter to remove suspended solid particles.
It then flows into the coalescing separator, where it undergoes a four-stage process: filtration,
coalescence, sedimentation, and separation. This sequence effectively breaks oil-water
emulsions and separates free water, which settles at the bottom of the sump and is periodically
discharged via the built-in drain valve. Additionally, the system offers a bypass filtration mode,
allowing oil to pass directly through particulate filters for quick solid contaminant removal
when water content is not a concern.

FAQ
Q1: What types of oil can this filter process?
A: It is suitable for various industrial lubricating oils, hydraulic oils, turbine oils, gear oils,
and other mineral or synthetic oils with viscosity between 10–120 cSt.
Q2: How does the coalescence-separation technology work?
A: Oil passes through a specially designed coalescing element that merges tiny water droplets into larger ones.
These larger droplets then separate by gravity in the sedimentation chamber, settling at the bottom for easy drainage.
Q3: What is the minimum water content achievable?
A: After treatment, the free water content is reduced to less than 100 PPM,
effectively eliminating visible moisture and most emulsified water.
Q4: Does the system require external heating or vacuum assistance?
A: No. The system operates at ambient temperature and relies solely on pressure-driven
coalescence and gravity separation, making it highly energy-efficient.
Q5: How often do I need to replace the filter elements?
A: Replacement frequency depends on oil contamination levels. However,
the elements feature high dirt-holding capacity and typically last longer than conventional filters.
Regular monitoring of pressure differentials is recommended.
Q6: Can the system run continuously?
A: Yes, the unit is designed for continuous or intermittent operation, with automatic drainage available upon request.
Q7: Is installation complex?
A: Not at all. The unit comes as a skid-mounted assembly with clear inlet/outlet connections.
It can be integrated into existing lubrication circuits or used as a portable offline filtration system.
