Structural characteristics

Double switching filter is also known as parallel switching filter, using two three-way ball valves, the two monobasket filter assembly on a stand, cleaning filter does not have to stop, to ensure its continuous work, is not stopping the filter line filtration device, the filter element of the filter, in addition to the use of stainless steel filter element, can also be picked up high quality honeycomb skim fiber cotton, The filter can filter the particle size of more than 1μ. The filter can also be used in a single cylinder, at this time, just remove the common frame, the remaining size is unchanged.

The inner and outer surfaces of the double filter are polished, and the filter cylinder is equipped with a stainless steel strainer and a strainer support basket; The top is equipped with an air release valve for the filter to discharge the air. The upper cover is connected with the filter cylinder with quick-opening structure, which is more convenient to clean (replace) the filter screen. 

Three adjustable support feet can make the filter placed on the ground smoothly. Connecting pipeline adopts loose connection or clamp connection, the inlet and outlet valve adopts three-way ball valve opening and closing, pressure and temperature resistant, flexible and convenient operation, no material liquid leakage more sanitary.
