Filter replacement

Generally, it needs to be cleaned or replaced regularly according to the usage. If it is not cleaned for a long time, the filter element will be blocked, which will affect the filter oil condition. Metal particles will cause damage to the filter element and hydraulic components. Under normal circumstances, it should be replaced every 3~6 months. The quick disassembly of the high-pressure filter element makes maintenance easy. The front HYDAC filter element used in the oil pump suction port in the industry can be cleaned, but it is generally not very clean, and the cleaning equipment is required to clean it. If you wash it by yourself, it can restore to 70% of the pre-use level, which cannot achieve the cleaning effect. It must be cleaned once after washing.
