Product Overview

The HYDAC DFDK series is a duplex high‑pressure line filter with online switchover for uninterrupted filtration. Designed for fine filtration in high‑pressure hydraulic lines, it protects precision components from particulate contamination. Max working pressure 315 bar, flow up to 1800 L/min. No bypass structure, fitted with BH/HC high‑collapse elements, ideal for 24/7 continuous operation。

Product Performance

Duplex online switchover: Ball‑valve change‑over; maintenance on one unit without shutdown. Larger sizes (≥330) allow parallel operation for doubled flow.

High pressure & dirt capacity: Rated 315 bar; element collapse pressure 210 bar. Betamicron® glass‑fiber media, ratings 3/5/10/20 μm, β≥1000.

Robust housing: Ductile iron head + screwed steel bowl; resistant to pressure spikes and fatigue. Temperature range ‑10℃ to +100℃.

Contamination monitoring: Standard differential pressure indicator (8 bar alarm); optional visual/electrical/LED alarm. Drain plug with pressure relief + pressure equalization line (large sizes).

Rated flow: Sizes 30/60/110/140/160/240/280/330/500/660/990/1320/2640/3960, 30–1800 L/min.

Working pressure: Max 315 bar; element collapse 210 bar; no bypass for safety.

Connections & materials: G½–G2 thread / SAE flange; NBR/FKM seals; ductile iron head + carbon steel bowl.

Compatible fluids: Hydraulic oils, lubricants, gear oils, water‑glycol, phosphate esters; viscosity 10–160 cSt.

Scope of Application

Widely used in metallurgy, mining, construction machinery, wind power, marine, injection molding, high‑pressure pump stations. Installed at pump outlets / pressure lines to protect servo valves, proportional valves, piston pumps. Suitable for critical, non‑stop operations。
