Product overview

This series of filter element is installed in the hydraulic system of the oil circuit for hydraulic system components wear metal powder and other mechanical impurities to keep the oil circuit clean, prolong the life of the hydraulic system. The low pressure filter element is also provided with a by-pass valve. When the filter element is not replaced in time, the by-pass valve can be opened automatically to ensure the normal operation of the system.

Performance characteristics

1. The filter element is made of glass fiber/stainless steel mesh imported from the United States, which has the advantages of convenient blowdown, large circulation area, small pressure loss, simple structure, small volume, light weight, uniform filter material, etc.

2. The compatibility of filter material is suitable for general hydraulic oil filtration.

3. The filter element is supported by solid filter material on both sides and filter material with strong stability, which conforms to the verification of ISO3724/76 hydraulic filter flow fatigue characteristics.
