What is the fault of cartridge dust collector and how to deal with it?
The operation of the filter is poor and the working efficiency is low. The main reason is that the working resistance is too great. In this case, it is necessary to check whether the filter element is clean in place, whether the pulse valve works normally, and whether the valve is closed loosely. The general solution is to clean the filter element, replace the damaged pulse valve, and check whether the cleaning controller works normally. In this case, it is necessary to check whether the pulse valve is in the correct working position, whether the compressed air pressure is too low, whether the pulse valve has not been maintained for a long time, whether there is too much debris leading to poor ventilation: the solution is also very simple, adjust the position of the pulse valve, increase the compressed air pressure, clean and maintain the pulse valve.
The dust of the cylinder dust collector is generally caused by the damage of the cylinder and continuous dust, that is, the dust leakage caused by long-term excessive aging of the dust filter element, serious damage, loose filter bag, falling off and other reasons. It may be that the upper and lower lifting mouth of the filter barrel dust collector is not tight, the upper lifting mouth is not closely connected with the flower plate, and the flower plate is not closely connected with the flower plate.
The possible reason for the wear of the filter cylinder is that the ash accumulates too high in the ash hopper, leading to secondary dust, and a large number of dust particles in the high-speed airflow lead to the wear of the filter element. Improper installation will cause friction between filter elements. Excessive ash removal will shorten the service life of the filter element. Upon inspection of the filter element, several lines of abnormally thick layers of ash were found, indicating a fault with the output of the electromagnetic pulse valve or specific pulse controller. During fault finding, look for electrical faults. Abnormal ash accumulation at the top of the flower plate indicates that the filter element is damaged. Replace the filter element and clean the dust before resuming work. The dust collector controller should only be turned on when all conditions for start-up and operation are met.
When there are small water vapor pits or rust spots in the cartridge dust collector, this phenomenon is caused by external water vapor or leakage. The water vapor problem is caused by condensation of hot flue gas caused by low operating temperature. If the water vapor is caused by a leak, the casing of the filter filter should be cleaned before plugging. Sealing welding can be used, but care should be taken to remove or cover the filter element before welding to prevent welding sparks from damaging the filter element and resulting in fatal injury to the filter element.
