Fault inspection and treatment of self-cleaning filter:
1) After the self-cleaning filter is powered on, the green light indicates normal operation. If the indicator is not on during the initial installation or use, please check whether the power supply is powered on, whether the power switch is on, and whether the power socket is firmly inserted. If no problem exists, please check whether there is voltage at both ends of the indicator. If yes, the indicator is broken, please replace the indicator. If there is no power supply, check whether the cable between the power supply and the indicator is broken.
2) When the buzzer sends an alarm signal, the user should overhaul the self-cleaning filter.
First check, display (timer) whether there is a display, if there is no display, it indicates that the motor protection switch has been action, then check whether the motor is overheated, three-phase AC is short circuit phenomenon, after troubleshooting, first in the manual state of sewage, normal work, the machine work switch to the automatic state for work.
If the display (timer) has a display, and the filter frequently blowdown, the reason for this phenomenon may be: differential pressure switch signal is wrong, the filter does not blow down properly when filtering, screen blockage and so on. At this time, it is necessary to find out the cause of the fault in time and remove the fault before the machine can continue to work.
3) The system does not carry out blowdown for a long time: the reason may be that the differential pressure switch fails or the electronic control system fails, and the filter screen of the self-cleaning filter is damaged. In this case, the following steps should be followed:
Remove the differential pressure switch and check whether the differential pressure switch is faulty. If yes, replace the differential pressure switch in time. In the differential pressure switch failure period, can use the time control mode or manual control mode.
Check whether the circuit of the electric cabinet is faulty. First check whether the manual state is normal discharge. If manual discharge cannot be normal, check the status of motor protection switch, AC contactor, motor, solenoid valve and the connection between them. If there is any fault, please troubleshoot the fault before starting the machine.
4) If the manual state can normally blowdown, but the automatic state cannot, please check the output of the switching power supply (output DC voltage +5V), check the connection between the switching power supply and the control circuit board, and check whether the input and output lines of the circuit board and connecting components are broken. If neither of them is faulty, short connect the two wires of the differential pressure switch and observe whether there is blowdown. If no, replace the control circuit board.
