Compared with the traditional air filtration technology equipment, the self-cleaning air filter system has the characteristics of simple structure design, long service life of filter elements, and less workload for maintenance personnel. The filtration principle of the self-cleaning air filter is that the air passes through the filter cylinder of the self-cleaning air filter. Under the action of gravity, inertia, diffusion, static electricity and other comprehensive factors, the dust particles in the air settle on the filter element, and the filtered and purified air needs to be transported through the Wenn tube and then to the outlet collector.
Self-cleaning air filter is composed of four parts: filter cylinder, self-cleaning system, pulse back blowing ash device and control system. It has the advantages of high filtration efficiency, large occupancy rate, good energy saving performance, long service life of filter material, online replacement, etc.
A single compressor needs to be equipped with a separate filter and arranged in the upper vent. At present, the self-cleaning air filter is widely used in the air separation device, which has a high trapping capacity for fine dust. At the same time, it can realize the automatic cleaning of the air filter element, so that the equipment runs as usual and does not affect the normal work of other filter elements.
