Judge by differential pressure indicator
When the built-in differential pressure transmitter gives an alarm or the visual indicator rod enters the red zone, the filter element is severely blocked and needs immediate replacement.
Judge by equipment operating condition
Abnormal noise and cavitation of the hydraulic pump, slow system action, failure to reach rated pressure, and abnormal rising oil temperature all indicate the filter element is clogged.
Judge by oil pollution condition
If the hydraulic oil turns dark, turbid or contains visible metal particles, the filter element has lost its filtration effect and should be replaced.
Regular cycle replacement
Under normal working conditions, replace every 3 to 6 months. For harsh environments such as metallurgy and mining, replace every 1 to 3 months according to maintenance cycles.
Direct inspection after disassembly
Replace the element if the surface is covered with dirt, the filter layer is deformed, collapsed or damaged, or the seal is aging and cracked.
