I. Series D (Pressure Line Filter Elements)
Installation positions: Pump outlet, pressure pipelines, upstream of servo/proportional valves, and high-pressure lubrication circuits.
Pressure range: 1.6–21 MPa (16–210 bar); some reinforced models can reach up to 42 MPa (420 bar).
Filtration rating: 3–50 μm, with 10 μm and 20 μm as commonly used specifications.
Features: Made of high-strength glass fiber or sintered metal. No bypass valve equipped. It features excellent impact resistance and high pressure resistance to protect precision components.
Typical part numbers: 0030D, 0060D, 0110D, 0160D, 0330D, 0660D.
II. Series R (Return Line Filter Elements)
Installation positions: System return lines, tank inlets and low-pressure circulation circuits.
Pressure range: ≤ 2.5 MPa (25 bar), normally 1.6–2.1 MPa (16–21 bar).
Filtration rating: 1–20 μm, with 5 μm, 10 μm and 20 μm widely adopted.
Features: Large dirt holding capacity and low pressure loss. Fitted with a bypass valve (opening pressure: approx. 0.3 MPa) to prevent excessive back pressure caused by return line clogging.
Typical part numbers: 0030R, 0060R, 0110R, 0660R, 0850R, 1300R.
III. Series H (High / Ultra-high Pressure Filter Elements)
Installation positions: Main high-pressure oil lines, heavy-duty equipment for metallurgy, wind power and marine applications, as well as high-pressure servo systems.
Pressure range: 21–32 MPa (210–320 bar); some customized versions can reach 42 MPa (420 bar).
Filtration rating: 3–10 μm, mainly 5 μm and 10 μm, ideal for applications requiring high fluid cleanliness.
Features: Constructed with thickened glass fiber and metal supporting frame. Burst pressure resistance ≥ 32 MPa. It delivers outstanding high pressure resistance and fatigue resistance for continuous high-pressure operating conditions.
Typical part numbers: 0030H, 0060H, 0110H, 0160H, 0330H.
