Coalescing Dehydration Oil Purifier for Continuous Dehydration at Field Oil Station

Field oil stations, industrial fuel depots and mechanical lubrication workshops often face persistent water contamination in turbine oil, hydraulic oil, gear oil and industrial fuel oil. Open-air operation, pipeline infiltration, temperature fluctuation and long-term tank storage lead to frequent water mixing, forming free water, emulsified water and dissolved water inside industrial oil. Excessive water content reduces oil lubricity, accelerates oil oxidation and corrosion, and causes valve jamming, pipeline rusting and mechanical component wear. Traditional vacuum oil purifiers feature slow dehydration speed and discontinuous batch processing, which cannot match the high-efficiency and uninterrupted purification demands of field oil stations with large oil volume and frequent water pollution. Coalescing dehydration oil purifiers adopt professional coalescing separation technology, realizing high-speed, large-flow and continuous online dehydration, perfectly adapting to long-cycle and high-load purification operation of field oil station oil products.

Coalescing separation principle efficiently solves emulsified water pollution in field oil. Different from vacuum purification relying on evaporation and gasification, coalescing dehydration adopts physical aggregation and gravity separation mechanism targeting oil-water mixed liquid. The built-in high-precision coalescing filter medium captures tiny water droplets in oil, adsorbs and aggregates micro water molecules into large-diameter water beads. After continuous accumulation, large water droplets break away from oil phase and settle down automatically based on gravity difference. This targeted physical separation technology has outstanding removal effect on stubborn emulsified water and suspended free water that are difficult to handle by ordinary equipment, thoroughly solving the problem of incomplete dehydration caused by fine water droplet suspension in field station oil products.

Large-flow continuous operation adapts to field oil station working characteristics. Field oil stations feature large oil reserve, frequent oil transportation and continuous oil circulation, requiring uninterrupted purification to maintain qualified oil indicators. Traditional purification equipment needs intermittent shutdown for water discharge and filter cleaning, resulting in discontinuous purification and low overall efficiency. Coalescing dehydration oil purifiers support 24-hour uninterrupted online circulation treatment. The integrated structure of coalescing separation, precise filtration and automatic water discharge realizes synchronous purification and water drainage without manual shutdown intervention. The stable large-flow operation mode fully meets the high-throughput continuous dehydration demand of field oil stations.

Integrated filtration and dehydration optimize comprehensive oil quality. Field station industrial oil not only contains mixed water, but also is accompanied by suspended silt, metal wear particles, oxide impurities and floating dirt introduced by transportation and storage. Single dehydration cannot completely restore oil cleanliness and performance. Coalescing oil purifiers integrate multi-stage precision filtration and coalescing dehydration functions. While removing various forms of water impurities, the equipment synchronously intercepts solid particulate pollutants, eliminating dual pollution of water and dirt in one pass. The collaborative purification effect effectively restores oil viscosity, lubrication performance and stability, avoiding mechanical equipment failure caused by deteriorated oil quality at oil stations.

Simple field adaptation and low O&M cost improve operational economy. Field oil station working environments are complex with frequent equipment start-stop and mobile operation demands. Coalescing dehydration oil purifiers adopt compact and robust structural design, featuring strong environmental adaptability, low failure rate and convenient field deployment. The physical separation process requires no heating, no vacuum pumping and no chemical additives, greatly reducing energy consumption and auxiliary material costs. The long-life filter medium extends replacement cycles, and the automatic water discharge system minimizes daily manual maintenance workload. Low operation and maintenance costs make the equipment highly suitable for large-scale long-term continuous purification at field oil stations.
