working principle
The liquid enters the filter from the inlet manifold and is evenly distributed to each filter cartridge for filtration. The fluid passes through the filter element from bottom to top, from the outside to the inside. The latter flows out of the filter and enters the downstream equipment. As the particles continue to accumulate on the surface of the filter element, the filter differential pressure gradually increases. When the filter differential pressure reaches the set value, the system program starts to control the filter backwashing, and the system differential pressure restores the initial pressure difference after backwashing.

1. Novel structure, composed of multiple tubes
A column-and-tube backwash filter consists of one or more filtration loops with inlet and outlet valves connected to the main line, each filtration loop is called a "column", and each column of filters consists of several filter units.
2. Non-stop backwashing, single-cylinder backwashing
During backwashing, only one group of filter units is in the state of backwash, while the other groups of filter units are always in the online working state, which can filter the raw material media without interruption.
3. Two forms of backwashing, online sewage discharge
There are two forms of backwashing for tubular backwashing filters, namely internal backwashing and external backwashing.
The internal backwashing uses the filtered raw material as the backwashing medium. When the control system receives the backwashing signal, the inlet valve of the raw material liquid is closed, the blowdown valve is opened, and the filtrate flows in the reverse direction to wash away the solid particles on the outer surface of the filter element. And discharge into the waste oil pipe. Internal backwashing is suitable for occasions where the content of colloid in the raw material medium is low, the fluidity is good, and the outlet pressure is greater than 0.4MPa.
External backwashing is to use other gas backwashing media. When the control system receives the backwashing signal, the inlet and outlet valves of a filter unit of the filter are closed, the backwashing medium inlet valve and blowdown valve are opened, and the filtrate is reversed. flow to wash off solid particles on the outer surface. External backwashing is suitable for occasions where the raw material medium contains a lot of colloid, the fluidity is poor, and the outlet pressure is less than 0.4MPa.
4. The number of filter cartridges can be combined flexibly
This set of filters adopts a tubular structure, and the entire filter system can be arranged in multiple groups, each group of filters is composed of several standardized filter cartridges. The tubular filter has a flexible arrangement, and the system determines the number of filter cartridges according to the processing flow, and then combines them according to the size of the site.
5. Small size, easy to use
The filter cartridges of the tubular backwash filter distribute the flow evenly, and the processing undertaken by a single filter cartridge is small, so the design of the filter shell is relatively small.
