PLF Pressure Line filter The hydraulic filter can be installed on pressure lines of different pressure levels to further remove or block impurities caused by external wear during component operation and the chemical action of the medium itself. Especially suitable for automatic control system and servo system. It can prevent high-precision control components and executive components from premature wear or sticking due to pollution, thus reducing failures and extending the service life of components.

The filter adopts imported glass fiber filter material, which has the advantages of high filtration precision, strong oil passing ability, small original pressure loss and large amount of pollution. Filtration accuracy was calibrated by absolute filtration accuracy, and its filtration ratio was beta. 3, 5, 10, 20ge; 200 filtration efficiency nge; 99.5%. Comply with ISO standards.

Scope of application: Used for hydraulic and lubricating system of pressure oil filtration, to filter the pollutants in the system, to ensure the normal operation of the system.

5: The filter is provided with a by-pass valve and differential pressure signaling device, double protection function, when the filter element pollution and blockage until the inlet and outlet pressure difference value is set for the signaling device, the signaling device sends a message, at this time, the filter element must be replaced.
