This allows operators to schedule maintenance proactively. Should immediate machine 

shutdown be impractical, the integrated bypass valve (opening pressure: 0.4MPa) 

automatically engages to protect both the filter element and the entire hydraulic 

circuit from damage. This dual-layer protection ensures uninterrupted production

 while safeguarding critical components.




3. Tool-Friendly, Straight-Back Design for Unmatched Service Convenience


Maintenance has been made simpler than ever. The straight-back oil return architecture 

allows operators to replace the filter element or add oil to the tank with minimal

 effort – simply unscrew the filter cover (cleaning cover). No specialized tools or 

lengthy disassembly procedures are required. Additionally, the filter head is

 equipped with two M18×1.5 oil ports, offering flexible options for installing a

 transmitter on either side or returning a small oil flow to the tank for continuous filtration.
