Diesel filter is a diesel purification equipment for diesel fuel used in internal combustion engines. It can filter out more than 90% of mechanical impurities, colloids, asphaltenes, etc. Unclean diesel will cause abnormal wear and tear of the engine fuel injection system and cylinders, reduce engine power, increase fuel consumption rapidly, and greatly reduce the service life of the generator. Product installation

Installation is very simple, just connect it in series on the oil supply pipeline according to the reserved oil inlet and outlet ports. Pay attention to the connection in the direction shown by the arrow, and the direction of oil inlet and outlet cannot be reversed. When using and replacing the filter element for the first time, pay attention to the exhaust, and the exhaust valve is on the end cover of the barrel.

Filter replacement method

①Close the oil inlet ball valve and open the upper end cover. (The upper end cover of the aluminum alloy type needs to be gently pryed from the side notch with a flat-blade screwdriver)

② Unscrew the plug wire of the sewage outlet to drain the sewage oil.

③ Loosen the fastening nut on the upper end of the filter element, the operator wears oil-proof gloves to hold the filter element tightly, and removes the old filter element vertically upward.

④ Replace the new filter element, pad the upper sealing ring (the lower end has its own sealing gasket), and tighten the nut.

⑤ Tighten the plug wire of the sewage outlet, cover the upper end cover (pay attention to pad the sealing ring), and fasten the fastening bolts.
