Product description

YPH160 high pressure pipeline filter is a device for cleaning solid impurities in the process of pipeline transportation of liquid. When the liquid flows through the filter, the impurities in it are filtered out, which can protect the normal operation of the pump, compressor, instrument and other equipment. When cleaning is required, just take out the detachable filter cartridge, remove the filtered impurities, and then reload it, which is very convenient to use and maintain. There is a bypass valve in the filter, and is equipped with a pollution blockage signal. When the filter element is blocked by pollutants or the system liquid temperature is too low, the flow pulsation and other factors cause the pressure difference between the oil inlet and outlet to reach 0.5MPa, the annunciator will send out a signal indication, prompting to replace the filter element or increase the oil temperature. In this case, it is not possible to stop the machine immediately to deal with these faults. When the oil hydraulic pressure difference reaches 0.6MPa, the bypass valve will automatically open to protect the filter and hydraulic system from working normally.
