Product introduction

PLF Series Pressure Line Filters prevent premature wear or seizure of high precision control and actuator components due to contamination, resulting in fewer failures and longer component life.

The filter adopts imported glass fiber filter material, which has the advantages of high filtration precision, strong oil passing ability, small original pressure loss, and large dirt holding capacity. The filtration precision is calibrated with the filtration precision, and its filtration ratio is β3, 5, 10, 20>100, and the filtration efficiency is n≥99%. Compliant with ISO standards.

Performance characteristics

1. Compared with the same flow filter, PLF series pressure line filter has compact structure and small volume.

2. Its working pressure range is wide.

3. It is convenient to change the filter element. According to the installation space, the user can open the top cover and replace the filter element, or unscrew the casing (drain the oil first) and remove the filter element from below.

4. Easy to install and fix. If it is difficult for users to install according to the standard flow direction, they can remove the 4 screws on the cover and turn the cover 180 degrees. This changes the direction of medium flow.

5. The filter is equipped with a bypass valve and a differential pressure communication device with double protection functions. When the filter element is polluted and blocked until the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet is the set value of the transmitter, the transmitter will send a signal, and the filter element must be replaced at this time.

Scope of application

1. Metallurgy: used for the filtration of the hydraulic system of rolling mills and continuous casting machines and the filtration of various lubrication equipment.

2. Petrochemical: separation and recovery of products and intermediate products in the process of refining and chemical production.

3. Textile: Purification and uniform filtration of polyester melt in the process of drawing, protection and filtration of air compressors, and degreasing and dehydration of compressed gas.

4. Electronics and pharmaceuticals: pretreatment and filtration of reverse osmosis water and deionized water, pretreatment and filtration of washing liquid and glucose.
