The SGF-H60X20C double-barrel high-pressure pipeline filter is composed of a reversing valve, a pressure balance valve, a bypass valve, a pollution blockage transmitter and two filter cartridges, etc.which can realize the replacement of the filter element without the system shutting down. The filter can be installed on the high-pressure pipeline before the control element or the actuator to protect the control element and the actuator. It is especially suitable for the protection of high-precision servo components and plunger components in automatic control systems, which can control pollution and prolong the service life of components.

When working, one filter cartridge should pass oil, and the other filter cartridge should not pass oil for standby. When the filter element of the working filter cartridge is blocked until the pressure indication value of the differential pressure transmitter is 0.5MPa, the transmitter will send a signal. At this time, the pressure balance valve should be opened in time, and the reversing valve should be turned to activate the backup filter cartridge (the reversing valve should be turned in place) then close the pressure balance valve). Then just unscrew the screw plug to release the oil in the blocked filter cartridge, and then unscrew the cylinder to replace the blocked filter element.
