ZU-A10*30P pipeline filter​

Product introduction

ZU-A10*30P pipeline filter is installed at the oil return pipe of the hydraulic system to filter out the worn metal particles of various components in the oil and the worn rubber impurities of the seals, so that the oil flowing back to the tank can be kept clean, which is conducive to the circulation of the oil in the system.

The filter is divided into chemical fiber, paper, mesh and line gap filter materials. Chemical fiber filter material than paper filter material filtering effect is better, high precision, chemical fiber filter material and paper filter material after the filter element blockage cleaning is more difficult, so the filter element must be replaced.

Product characteristics

The filter is equipped with a differential pressure signaling device. When the filter element is polluted and blocked, resulting in a differential pressure of 0.35MPa at the inlet and outlet, a switching signal will be sent. At this time, the filter element should be cleaned or replaced.

The filter element of ZU-A10x30P pipeline filter is made of glass fiber filter material, which has the advantages of high filtration accuracy, large oil passing capacity, less original pressure loss, large amount of contamination, etc.

The filtration accuracy is calibrated with the highest filtration accuracy, and the filtration β3, β5, β10, β20≥200,
