Product introduction

CGQ magnetic pipeline filter is composed of strong magnetic material with high coercivity and blocking screen. The adsorption force is ten times that of general magnetic materials. CGQ magnetic pipeline filter has the ability to absorb micron level ferromagnetic pollutants under the condition of instantaneous liquid flow impact or high velocity.

And can overcome under the high speed impact of the ferromagnetic pollutants are absorbed again, so as to avoid the hydraulic components stuck or friction pay wear, prolong the service life of hydraulic components and hydraulic system, enhance the reliability of the hydraulic system. At its center is a cylindrical magnet with a cover made of a non-magnetic material.

Around the cover are several iron rings connected by copper strips, each of which maintains a certain gap. When the ferromagnetic impurities in the hydraulic medium pass through the iron ring gap, they are absorbed on the iron ring, so as to play the role of filtration.
