Product introduction

YPM240 medium pressure pipeline filter is a filter installed in the pressure pipeline of the hydraulic system. The pipeline filter is used to filter the solid particles and colloid substances in the working medium to effectively control the pollution degree of the working medium. 

The differential pressure transmitter and bypass valve can be installed as required. Filter element filter materials are made of non-woven fabric, glass fiber, cotton wood pulp filter paper, stainless steel sintered felt, stainless steel metal mesh. Upper and lower shell are made of aluminum forgings, small volume, light weight, exquisite structure, beautiful appearance, reliable performance.

Application field

Pipeline filter has the advantages of compact structure, large filtration capacity, small pressure loss, wide application range, easy maintenance, etc. Its main applicable materials are:

1. chemical, petrochemical production of weak corrosive materials, such as: water, oil, ammonia, hydrocarbons, etc.

2. Corrosive materials in chemical production, such as caustic soda, soda ash, concentrated sulfuric acid, carbonic acid, aldehyde acid, etc.

3. Low temperature materials in refrigeration, such as liquid methane, liquid ammonia, liquid oxygen and various coolants.

4. Materials with hygiene requirements in food and pharmaceutical production, such as beer, beverage, dairy products, syrup, etc.
