Product introduction

The TFA series oil suction filter can only be installed on the upper part of the oil tank. The oil suction cylinder is immersed below the liquid level in the oil tank. Other properties are similar to the TF series, but there is no self-sealing valve. When the hydraulic oil filter element is blocked by pollutants until the vacuum degree of the oil outlet is 0.018MPa, the transmitter will send a signal, and the filter element should be replaced or cleaned in time. If the machine cannot be shut down immediately or no one comes to replace the filter element, the oil bypass valve on the filter element will automatically open to avoid air suction failure of the oil pump. However, at this time, the filter should be stopped to replace or clean the filter element to maintain the cleanliness of the hydraulic system and improve the reliability of the hydraulic system.

Performance characteristics

1. Easy installation and connection, simplifying the system pipeline: the oil filter can be directly installed on the side, bottom or top of the oil tank, the filter head is exposed outside the oil tank, the oil suction body is immersed below the liquid level in the oil tank, and the oil outlet is provided with a tubular type , Flange connection, self-sealing valve and other devices are set in the filter, which simplifies the pipeline and facilitates installation.

2. Set the self-sealing valve to facilitate the replacement and cleaning of the filter element or the maintenance system: when replacing or cleaning the filter element or repairing the system, just unscrew the filter end cover (cleaning cover), and the self-sealing valve will automatically close at this time, isolating the oil in the tank So that the oil in the tank will not flow out, so that it is convenient to clean, replace the filter element or maintain the system.

3. It has filter element pollution transmitter and oil bypass valve, which improves the reliability of hydraulic system.
