The LYC‑A High‑Precision Oil Filter Truck (Special for Hydraulic Oil) is a portable 2‑stage filtration device designed specifically for hydraulic systems. It is used for new oil filling filtration, system bypass circulation, and offline polishing, purifying hydraulic oil to NAS 6–7 cleanliness level. It is a general‑purpose device for oil purification in medium‑low pressure hydraulic systems.

Product Performance

2‑stage precise filtration: Pre‑pump coarse filter (100μm) + post‑pump fine filter (3/5/10/20/40μm) with glass‑fiber elements (β≥1000) to effectively intercept solid particles.

Flexible & efficient movement: Equipped with casters for mobility; flow range 25–150L/min. The gear pump features strong self‑priming and low noise (≤65dB), ideal for on‑site operation.

Comprehensive safety protections: Relief valve (0.6MPa), motor thermal protection, and differential pressure gauge for real‑time clogging monitoring. Quick‑open cover enables tool‑free element replacement.

Hydraulic oil‑specific adaptation: Optimized for hydraulic oil viscosity (10–160cSt) without damaging oil additives, extending the service life of hydraulic components.
