Product Overview

The LYC High-Precision Oil Purifier (3-stage filtration, LYC‑B series) is a mobile industrial oil purification equipment. It adopts a 3-stage filtration structure: pre-pump coarse filtration plus two post-pump fine filtrations. Equipped with a gear pump and quick-open filter housing, it efficiently removes solid particles and trace moisture from hydraulic oil and lubricating oil, improving oil cleanliness. It is suitable for new oil filling, used oil regeneration, and system bypass filtration。

Product Performance 

3-stage progressive filtration: 100μm pre-pump coarse filter protects the oil pump; two post-pump fine filters (10–40μm and 3–10μm) accurately intercept micron-sized impurities, achieving NAS 6–8 cleanliness。

Flexible and easy to move: Equipped with wear-resistant universal wheels and a compact structure. The quick-open filter housing enables tool-free element replacement, with a pressure gauge for real-time differential pressure monitoring。

Stable and low-noise operation: Motor-driven gear pump with strong self-priming capacity and smooth operation. Overflow valve and thermal relay provide dual protection against overload and overpressure。

Large dirt-holding capacity and long service life: Uses glass fiber filter media with high dirt-holding capacity, extending element replacement intervals and reducing maintenance costs。

Technical Conditions 

Rated flow: 25–150L/min, with optional specifications (32/50/63/100L/min) to meet different processing needs。

Operating parameters: Rated pressure 0.6MPa, working temperature 5–80℃, adaptable viscosity 10–160cSt, compatible with most industrial oils。

Power supply: AC380V three-phase/AC220V single-phase optional, power 0.55–3.0KW, suitable for different working conditions。

Filtration precision: Coarse filter 100μm; first fine filter 10/20/40μm; second fine filter 3/5/10μm, configurable as needed。
