Pall Filter HH8300 series are low-pressure, high-flow industrial filters featuring coreless element technology. The housings are made of anodized aluminum, suitable for hydraulic, lubrication and industrial oil purification. They efficiently remove solid particles and colloidal contaminants to protect system components and support continuous operation.
Product Performance
High-flow design: single unit flow up to 1135 L/min, dual manifold up to 2270 L/min, meeting large system circulation needs.
High filtration efficiency: equipped with Ultipor III elements (β≥1000), accurately capturing 1–100 μm particles.
Large dirt-holding capacity: coreless structure increases contaminant retention, enhances clogging resistance, extends element life and reduces maintenance costs.
Fast bypass response: built-in full-flow bypass valve opens quickly at excessive differential pressure, ensuring continuous system operation.
Technical Conditions
Working pressure: max 28 bar (400 psi), fatigue pressure 23 bar, burst pressure 145 bar, suitable for low-pressure industrial systems.
Temperature range: -43℃ to +107℃ (nitrile seals); optional FKM seals for high-temperature/oil-resistant conditions.
Port sizes: 1.5”/2”/2.5” (single), 3” (dual); anodized aluminum housing for light weight and corrosion resistance.
Standard features: T-handle quick-remove cover, vent/drain ports, O-ring seals; optional differential pressure indicators.
Scope of Application
Widely used in metallurgy, petrochemical, power, wind energy and construction machinery. Ideal for hydraulic stations, lubrication systems, gearboxes (e.g., wind turbine gearboxes) and industrial oil circulation systems, filtering hydraulic oil, lubricants and gear oils.
