Ethane supercharged compression room self-cleaning air filter is mainly used in oil filtration, air filtration, water filtration and other filtration industries. Working principle

Under the action of suction negative pressure in the compressor, the self-cleaning air filter inhales the ambient air. Due to the comprehensive effect of gravity, static electricity, contact resistance, inertia diffusion and so on, the dust in the air is deposited on the outer surface of the filter cylinder filter material, and the clean air is gathered in the clean air chamber and enters the compressor through the outlet pipe. When the PLC issued a self-cleaning instruction, the solenoid valve will instantly open about 0.1~0.2 seconds, send a pulse air flow, through the injection, blowback effect of the filter cylinder surface dust blown off. Therefore, the self-cleaning air filter has the function of online self-cleaning to ensure the continuous work of the air compressor.
