Self-cleaning air filter ATZK-500 is a filter with automatic dust removal function for air filtration. It can filter out the fine pollutants discharged from the production process.

Working principle

Filtration process: The dust-laden air is sucked by the air compressor, sucked from the coarse filter box of the filter filter, and passes through the filter cartridge. Due to the combined effects of gravity inertia, diffusion, contact retention, etc. The clean air enters the venturi through the sealing gasket, joins the air collecting port in the clean air chamber, and is sucked by the air compressor from the clean air outlet pipe.

Self-cleaning process: After the dust-laden air is filtered, the dust is adsorbed on the filter cartridge, and the PLC performs the back-flushing self-cleaning process according to the set time sequence. Blowing self-cleaning process (backflushing time is 0.1-0.2 seconds). Other filters work as usual, and the dust is cleaned by backflushing.
