Part of the small molecule water continues to move forward and flows through the separation filter. The separation filter is made of hydrophobic material. The oil can pass through the filter layer, while the water is trapped outside the filter layer. The water further settles and gathers into the liquid accumulation tank; Separating the filter, the oil that has been dehydrated is further removed by the secondary fine filter element, and finally a clean oil after dehydration and removal of impurities is formed for subsequent equipment use.

When the oil passes through the filter element, the water droplets are blocked on the outer surface of the filter element and coalesce with each other until they settle into the water storage tank due to the action of gravity.
4. Drainage system
The separated water is stored in the water storage tank. When the interface height reaches the set value, the valve is opened to discharge the water until it drops to the lower liquid level, and the valve is closed to stop the drainage.
