1. Melt-blown filter element

At present, the common security filter is equipped with 50-80 meltblow filter elements, and the time to replace the filter element of a filter is basically more than 3 hours.
2. Large flow folding filter element
The folding filter element is to fold the fiber into a membrane and then make a filter element. Its own process determines that it has the characteristics of fine workmanship, high filtration accuracy, stable filtration performance and large filtration area. The large flow filter element developed on this basis has the characteristics of large flow, strong pollution carrying capacity, easy replacement, stable SDI control and so on. At the same time, the use of large flow filter because of the advantages of large flow filter element, small footprint space, volume is smaller than ordinary security filter 33-50%, and the same flow, the number of filter element can be less than 90%, so that the replacement time can save more than 80%. At present, the commonly used security filter is generally 4-8 core, and the replacement time is basically in 0.5-1 hour.
To sum up, the large flow filter element is gradually becoming the mainstream in the security filtering link, and the meltblowout filter element is slowly being eliminated because of its own limitations.
