First, backwash working principle
Multi-column automatic backwash filter adopts high strength wedge mesh filter element, which can be cleaned automatically by pressure difference control and timing control. When the impurities in the filter accumulate on the inner surface of the filter element and cause the inlet and outlet pressure difference to increase to the set value, or the timer reaches the preset time, the electric control box sends a signal to drive the backwashing mechanism.
When the backwash suction plate port and the filter element inlet is opposite, the blowdown valve is opened, and the system is discharged and drained. At this time, a negative pressure area with relative pressure lower than the water pressure outside the filter element appears inside the sucker and the filter element. Part of the net circulating water is forced to flow from the outside of the filter element into the inside of the filter element, and the impurity particles adsorbed on the inner wall of the filter element enter the disk with the water flow and discharge from the drain valve.
Two, the characteristics of multi-column automatic backwash filter
1. Self-cleaning function: The machine uses its own filtered water, self-cleaning filter screen, do not need to remove the filter screen cleaning, do not need to configure another cleaning system;
2. Automatic backwashing function: the machine monitors the pressure difference between the clean water area and the muddy water area through the pressure difference controller.
