The multi-column automatic cleaning sewage filter is composed of shell, filter unit, backwash structure, differential pressure controller and control part. The baffle plate in the shell divides it into turbidity liquid cavity and clean liquid cavity, on which a plurality of filter columns are installed. The stock solution enters the turbidified liquid chamber from the inlet, some large particles settle at the bottom of the equipment (regularly discharged), most particles enter the cavity of the filter column, impurities greater than the precision of the filter element are intercepted in the inner wall of the filter column, with the increase of impurities in the inner wall of the filter cylinder, the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the equipment increases, when the pressure difference reaches the set value, the automatic control backwashing mechanism starts, and the impurities in the filter column are removed in turn.
Multi-column self-cleaning filter maintenance and maintenance: although the self-cleaning filter greatly reduces the maintenance of manpower, but in some matters still need to pay attention to:
1. Pay attention to the maintenance of control box, sensor and transmission part.
2, according to the prompts, adhere to the consistency of water flow direction and body arrow direction.
3, automatic self-cleaning filter must be close to the water equipment.
4, sewage pipe do not exceed 10 meters.
5. The self-cleaning filter can only be used according to the extra voltage/frequency indicated on the nameplate.
6. The filter should be maintained every once in a while. How to conserve automatic self-cleaning filter:
(1) Maintenance procedures: the appearance of the new or clean filter should be checked before the use of the device. If there are scenes such as opening, breaking and filter material damage, stop the use of the device. When first installing, mark the orientation of the replaced filter with a marker on the frame of the filter to be replaced. Each time a new filter is replaced, record the initial differential pressure and clean the filter when the differential pressure exceeds the alert value (usually 1.5 times the initial differential pressure). When the filter pressure difference exceeds the replacement value that is 1.8 times of the initial pressure difference, the filter should be replaced. The filter pressure difference should not exceed 2 times of the initial pressure difference. When a new filter is replaced or the filter pressure difference is lower than the initial pressure difference, replace the filter (the fine filter is damaged or leaked). After the replacement, clean the air conditioning chassis.
(2) Filter cleaning: can be directly removed to clean the filter screen.
(3) Automatic self-cleaning filter update: filter update must be in accordance with the design specification delimited parameters to select a new filter, the new filter must have factory quality inspection instructions.
