1. Selection of filter material for multi-column self-cleaning filter. Filter material using anthracite and quartz sand, choose such graded filter material, because the particle size is small and increases the running resistance, in the case of backwash is not complete, it is easy to produce filter material compaction phenomenon.
2. Backwash strength of multi-column self-cleaning filter. Backwash strength = backwash water amount (L)/ filtration area (m2)× scouring time (s). Backwash strength requirements can not exceed the scouring strength allowed by the upper filter material (anthracite), but also to ensure that the base quartz sand has enough backwash time, so as to wash clean, too big easy to run material, too small backwash is not complete.
3. Multi-column self-cleaning filter head. Because the filter head selected plastic raw materials, strength is not enough, leading to its damage, so that the filter material is lost.
4. Multi-column self-cleaning filter material compaction, serious material running, poor filtering effect, it is necessary to replace the filter material every 6 months to 1 year, and water quality shaking, oil removal effect is not good.
