First, the working principle of automatic backwash filter
1, regular backwash sewage
Regular cleaning blowdown, can be set for 2-24 hours of action. When the timing time is up, the electric actuator opens the blowdown valve, and the filter carries out blowdown for 30-60 seconds. Then the electric actuator will turn to the butterfly valve and rotate 90° to block the filter cylinder, change the water flow path, and carry out backwash blowdown for 30-60 seconds. The steering butterfly valve is reset, continue to drain for 3-5 seconds, and then close the drain outlet.
2, pressure difference control blowdown
The action value of the pressure difference controller can be set as 0.03-0.07MPa. When the pressure difference before and after the filter reaches the set value of the pressure difference controller; The differential pressure controller will operate, the filter blowdown valve will open and end in 30-60 seconds. The steering butterfly valve will reset, continue blowdown for 3-5 seconds and close the blowdown valve.
