How to solve the temperature difference effect of hydraulic oil filter?

In the cold winter, the hydraulic oil filter is inevitably affected by the temperature difference and can not work normally. Because the oil inside the hydraulic tank has a high temperature, and the air outside the tank is low temperature, the hot air in the tank and the cold air outside the tank meet and contact, it will be cold condensed into water droplets falling in the hydraulic oil at the top of the tank. 

Over time, the hydraulic oil will be mixed with water, which will evolve into acidic substances and corrode the metal surface. The better treatment method is to use the hydraulic oil filter to filter the oil products, and regularly check whether there are impurities in the oil tank and the oil circuit in the mechanical equipment. And in the purification of hydraulic oil, the oil filter should be used to purify the new oil, so that the old oil in the equipment can be purified into new oil, and the new oil will not be polluted.

How to avoid turbine shaft temperature rise or even jump? All kinds of steam turbine, gas turbine, water turbine, turbine engine and centrifugal compressor, the main kinematic friction pair are plain bearings, can be classified as turbine type of machinery. The paint film and oil sludge formed by oxidation aging of oil products are the important causes of turbine plain bearing failure. To monitor the condition of turbine oil, to know the oxidation degree of turbine oil, the consumption degree of additives and the tendency of paint film formation, can avoid the problems of turbine shaft temperature rise and even jump due to paint film problems.

Whether the quality of lubricating oil is qualified or whether the performance of lubricating oil being used is in the normal range of indicators is the basic guarantee for the normal operation of equipment. In the use of lubricating oil physical and chemical indicators can directly reflect whether there is an obvious fault of the equipment at present, timely treatment of the corresponding, can avoid the occurrence of equipment failure.
