First, the working principle
Horizontal automatic self-cleaning filter: the water to be treated by the water inlet into the body, the impurities in the water deposited on the stainless steel screen, resulting in differential pressure. The pressure difference of inlet and outlet is monitored through the differential pressure switch. When the differential pressure reaches the set value, the electric control device gives the hydraulic control valve and the driving motor signals, which trigger the following actions: The motor drives the brush to rotate, cleaning the filter element, and the control valve is opened for sewage discharge. The whole cleaning process only lasts for dozens of seconds. When the cleaning is over, the control valve is closed, the motor stops rotating, the system returns to its initial state and begins to enter the next filtration process.
