The oil is immersed in air
The air in the oil mainly comes from the loose pipe joint, the loose element joint surface, the tubing exposed to the oil surface and the seal failure, the oil exposed to the atmosphere will dissolve the air. In addition, when the amount of oil in the tank is small, it accelerates the circulation of hydraulic oil, which makes it difficult to remove bubbles. At the same time, the depth of the suction pipe of the oil pump is not enough, which also makes it easy for air to enter.
The mixed air usually exists in the state of suspension in the oil, which has an important influence on the elastic modulus of the hydraulic oil and the viscosity of the oil. The stability of the oil is determined by the size of the bubble, which has a significant impact on the hydraulic system. Vibration, noise, pressure fluctuation, instability of the hydraulic components, crawling and reversing impact of the moving parts, inaccurate positioning or action and other failures, while also making the power consumption rise. Oil oxidation is accelerated and oil lubrication performance is reduced.
The oil was mixed with solid particulate impurities
Solid pollutants in oil mainly exist in the form of particles. Some of these impurities are residual in the process of component processing and assembly, some are generated in the process of hydraulic components, some are caused by the intrusion of external impurities, solid particle impurities in the oil, will cause harm to the pump and motor, wear the hydraulic cylinder, pollutants multiply bacteria, aggravate the aging of the oil, make the oil black and smelly, further produce pollution.
The oil was immersed in water
After a certain amount of water is mixed into the oil, the hydraulic oil will be emulsified and white. After the iron system metal in the hydraulic system rusts, the peeling rust will flow in the pipeline and hydraulic components of the hydraulic system and spread and spread down, which will lead to the internal rust of the whole system and produce more peeling rust and oxide. Water can also interact with some additives in the oil to produce contaminants such as precipitation and colloid, which can accelerate the deterioration of the oil.
