Factors affecting single cleaning duration


Type and concentration of impurities:

 High content of viscous sludge, grease and suspended solids will increase dirt adhesion on the screen, requiring longer cleaning time.

Cleaning mechanism: 

Brush type, suction type and scraper type have different cleaning efficiency; insufficient cleaning power will prolong the cleaning process.

Discharge condition: 

Small discharge pipe diameter and high back pressure will slow down dirt discharge and extend cleaning time.

Screen structure and precision: 

Fine mesh screens are easy to be blocked, and dense pores require longer cleaning time.

Medium properties: 

High viscosity and low temperature will enhance dirt adhesion and increase cleaning duration.

Factors affecting cleaning interval

Pressure difference setting: 

Lower pressure difference threshold triggers cleaning more frequently.

Flow velocity and flow rate: 

Excessive flow speed accelerates impurity accumulation and shortens the cycle.

Operating conditions:

 High temperature and pressure fluctuations will cause dirt and scaling on the screen.

Control mode: Timing mode is manually set, while pressure difference mode changes with actual blockage.
