I. Mode Switch Availability
Yes. The electric control system of the equipment is built with a mode switching function. It can be switched directly on the touch screen or control panel of the on-site control cabinet, without modifying pipelines or hardware.
II. Switchable Operating Modes
Differential Pressure Automatic Mode: Cleaning is automatically triggered when the inlet-outlet differential pressure exceeds the set value.
Timing Automatic Mode: Automatic cleaning at fixed preset time intervals.
Manual Mode: Start or stop cleaning manually at any time via button operation.
Differential Pressure + Timing Linked Mode (Most Widely Used):
Cleaning starts immediately once the differential pressure exceeds the limit; if the differential pressure remains normal for a long time, the system will perform automatic backup cleaning at the set time.
III. Switching Operation Method
On the equipment PLC touch screen, enter the parameter setting interface, then select or check the required mode: differential pressure mode, timing mode, manual mode, or hybrid mode. Set and save the parameters. Modes can be switched at any time without shutdown or modification.
IV. Additional Features
Modes are freely switchable to adapt to fluctuating water quality and variable working conditions.
It supports locking into a single mode or running with dual-mode linkage.
Operating modes can also be switched remotely via the central control system.
