Second, the use of two-stage vacuum system to improve the efficiency of vacuum oil filter
At present, the two-stage vacuum system is not a commonly used vacuum oil filter. The vacuum pump system is equipped with a single stage vacuum pump, and the vacuum degree of the single stage vacuum pump can only reach 300-500 PA when the oil filter is working. Under this vacuum degree, the transformer oil has a low water evaporation efficiency. Therefore, the single stage vacuum oil filter has a very low dehydration efficiency.
When the oil filter is filtering, the working vacuum degree should be improved, and it is a good way to increase the Roots pump and rotary vane pump to work in series, and then form a two-stage vacuum pump system. The vacuum degree of the oil filter in the two-stage vacuum system is up to 20 ~ 50Pa, and the dewatering performance of the oil filter is obviously improved under this vacuum condition.

Vacuum degree will be higher in normal operation, and the vacuum condition, remove water vapor, carbon dioxide, oxygen and other gases less, so that the transformer oil quality is improved, greatly reduce the transformer oil by the adverse effect of gas, so that the overall dehydration rate of the equipment is very high.
