Matters needing attention

1, Daily maintenance matters, check the oil quality and oil level in the oil filter.

2, weekly maintenance matters, check whether the Pall filter oil leakage, air inlet filter element with air gun to clean the dust and debris remaining in the assembly and air inlet filter element.

3, monthly maintenance matters, check the exhaust filter (oil mist separator) function, whether there is smoke, oil injection phenomenon, if there is a problem, you need to replace the Pall hydraulic oil filter element.

4, every 6 months need maintenance matters, check the hydraulic oil filter element whether there is dust, dirt, carbon, impurities, etc., when necessary, the hydraulic oil filter element of Pall can be cleaned, including the tank, pump body, fan, fan wheel, ventilation grille, cooling fin.

5, every 500~2000 hours of work need maintenance: replace the hydraulic oil filter element, check the pump float valve, and oil return pipeline. When performing the above operations, ensure that the vacuum pump is shut down.
