Matters needing attention

A.The filter should be near the use point and the lowest temperature, do not exceed the specified pressure and temperature.

B. Please clean and install the pipes before installation to ensure that the pipes are sundries and the filter runs normally.

C. It should be installed vertically. Proper space should be left at the bottom during installation to ensure the normal operation of filter element replacement. Before installing the compressed air filter, check the filter level and install it from low precision to high precision.

D. There is no need to set up bypass, because the compressed gas filter basically does not need maintenance; However, it is necessary to check the drainage condition of the drainer frequently.

E. Pay attention to the import and export direction during installation.

F. Note before use: The valve can be opened for trial operation under the condition that the connection mode, grade sequence and pipeline sealing condition are all correct.

G. When opening the valve, open it slowly. Never open it instantaneously. Instant opening will cause instant impact on the filter element and damage the filter element.

H. If the drainage of automatic drainer is not smooth, please clean the automatic drainer. Soak the disassembled drainer in a dishwashing liquid solution and rinse it off with clean water after 10 minutes.

I. The filter element should be replaced after 4000 hours of use. The replacement time can be changed appropriately according to different working conditions, but the maximum time shall not exceed 15 months.

1) petrochemical industry, oil field pipeline filtration; Refueling equipment, construction machinery equipment, fuel filtration and water treatment industry equipment filtration.

2) Pharmaceutical and food processing fields: rated flow: 80-200l/min; Working pressure: 1.5-2.5pa; Filtration area (m2) : 0.01-0.20; Filtration accuracy (μm) : 2-200μm.

3) Applicable to electronic, petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, food and other industrial sectors in the pretreatment and post-processing system. Further purification of low suspended impurities (less than 2~5mg/L).
