Sucking differential pressure type automatic filter is a kind of automatic self-cleaning filter. The water enters through the inlet, passes through a coarse screen to filter out larger particles of impurities, and then reaches a fine screen. In the filtration process, the fine filter gradually accumulates the dirt and impurities in the water, forming the filter impurity layer. Because the impurity layer is accumulated on the inside of the fine filter, a pressure difference is formed on both sides of the fine filter. When the pressure difference reaches the preset value, the automatic cleaning process will begin. The water supply is not interrupted, the cleaning valve is opened, the water pressure in the cleaning chamber and the suction device decreases significantly. Through the pressure difference between the filter cylinder and the suction pipe, the suction nozzle between the suction pipe and the cleaning chamber generates a suction, forming a suction process. At the same time, the electric motor drives the suction pipe to spiral along the axial direction. The combination of axial movement and rotation of the suction device will clean the inner surface of the entire screen, and the whole washing process is about 1 minute.
