Automatic cleaning filter is a kind of mesh filter, according to the pressure difference or time automatic cleaning, has the advantages of high filtration accuracy, cleaning thoroughly, widely used in industrial water, sewage treatment, heat exchange and other fields, is a high degree of automation, simple operation of filtration equipment.

Work flow

Step 1:Filter

The fluid flows in from the inlet and flows out from the small gaps in the wedge cartridge in the filter. The impurity particles are easy to be intercepted. When the impurity particles accumulate on the surface of the filter screen, the pressure difference will be produced.

Step 2: Wash

When the inlet/outlet pressure difference reaches 0.5kg/cm2 (adjustable), the filter backwash system will start to work automatically. Operation by the differential pressure controller set on the body, the electric blowdown valve and a rotating stainless steel cleaning brush driven by the motor, impurities particles are easy to be brushed down by the steel brush, and then discharged by the blowdown valve, backwash time lasts about 15 seconds (adjustable), backwash does not break the flow.
