Aite Automatic Cleaning Filter operates through a two-step process:

Step 1: Filter

The fluid flows in from the inlet and flows out from the small gaps in the wedge cartridge in the filter. Impurity particles 

are easily intercepted. When impurity particles accumulate on the surface of the filter screen, a pressure difference is 

produced.

Step 2: Wash

When the inlet/outlet pressure difference reaches 0.5 kg/cm² (adjustable), the filter backwash system starts to work 

automatically. Operation is controlled by the differential pressure controller set on the body, the electric blowdown valve, 

and a rotating stainless steel cleaning brush driven by the motor. Impurity particles are easily brushed down by the steel 

brush and then discharged by the blowdown valve. Backwash time lasts about 15 seconds (adjustable), and backwash
