Working principle

When the horizontal self-cleaning filter is used for a period of time, impurities will accumulate on the surface of the screen, so that the flow rate is reduced, the import and export pressure difference. When the pressure difference reaches the set value, the output signal of the pressure difference controller is driven by the motor to rotate the stainless steel brush installed in the filter cylinder. At the same time, the electric blowdown disc valve is opened, and the cleaning filter and blowdown are carried out at the same time. When the pressure difference at the inlet and outlet of the filter is lower than the set value, the cleaning blowdown stops and the automatic control is realized. The same principle, timing controller can be set according to the time to issue instructions, automatic cleaning and blowdown.
