(1) Installation
1. The machine should be placed on a level ground and placed stably.
2. Since the machine is mobile, the user does not need to design the installation foundation separately, just move the machine to the flat ground near the oil tank.
3. The selection of the power supply line should be able to withstand the current of the machine.
(2) Test machine
1. Close all valves of the machine, connect the oil inlet and outlet pipes, and ensure that the oil passage from the oil tank to the inlet and outlet of the machine is unobstructed.
2. Correctly connect the three-phase four-wire power supply.
3. Start the vacuum pump and the oil drain pump, and pay attention to observe whether the rotation direction of the vacuum pump and the oil drain pump is correct, and whether the vacuum pump-motor, oil pump-motor is blocked.
4. Check whether the temperature controller and the heater are interlocked, that is, the temperature controller controls the heater, which can only be completed in an instant.
5. Close the valve connected to the atmosphere, open the pipeline valve, and start the vacuum pump. After the vacuum value indicated by the vacuum gauge is stable, stop the pump for 5 minutes. During this time, observe that the drop of the vacuum gauge pointer should not exceed 0.001Mpa. Otherwise, check and solve the air leakage. part.
