Product description

The lubricating oil purifier consists of a primary filter, an oil pump and a filter device. The primary filter is a cylindrical metal mesh, which prevents the larger solid particles in the impure oil from entering the oil pump. The oil pump is usually a gear pump, which transports impure oil into the filter device.

Working principle

When the lubricating oil purifier is working, the polluted oil enters the heater through the inlet under the action of the external atmospheric pressure vacuum suction, the heated oil enters the prefilter, the large particles of impurities are filtered out, and then the oil enters the vacuum separator, flow through the diffuser. The diffuser creates a large surface area per unit volume of oil, exposing the contaminated oil to an atmosphere of very low relative humidity, thereby cleaning the oil of water, air and gas. The mixed gas formed by the evaporated water vapor and gas is condensed into a liquid through the water tank and the cooler, and enters the water storage tank together, and the remaining gas is pumped out by vacuum. The oil that has removed the water is sent to the fine filter by the oil discharge pump to remove the particulate impurities, which is to purify the oil, and a purification process is completed.
